The Working Group’s mission is to foster CAP-IT-wide data harmonization and sharing, enhancing scientific collaboration both within CAP-IT and externally. Our primary focus is on the integration and accessibility of omics data, alongside the sharing of knowledge, software tools, and other essential resources.
Members of this working group also participate in the broader NCI Computational Oncology Working Group.
